AERO Win a Zorbing Holiday to Austria – Terms & Conditions
1. Entry into the competition is dependant upon acceptance of full terms and conditions.
2. Open to Republic of Ireland residents only, aged 18 and over, excluding employees of Nestlé Ireland Ltd and their immediate families, the Promoter’s advertising agency and sales promotion consultancy, and anyone else connected with the creation and / or administration of the promotion
3. No purchase required to enter.
4. For a chance to win, text ‘AERO’ to 51444.
5. The Promoter shall be entitled to make whatever decision deemed appropriate in the event of technical failure or any other problem in any telephone network or line, system, server, provider or otherwise that results in entries being lost.
6. Each text will be charged at the entrants’ standard operator/network tariff and may not be included in any text inclusive package.
7. Proof of texting / sending does not constitute proof of delivery.
8. The Promoter is not liable for non– or late receipt of any text due to operator or network error, or for any associated cost to entrants.

10. Closing date for competition is 31st December 2009.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion without notice at their discretion.
12. Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from the competition.
14. Winners are subject to a full verification process. Proof of age and identity may be required.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
16. No prize will be awarded as a result of the improper actions on behalf of contestants, illegal or otherwise, and Nestlé Ireland Ltd shall have the right to disqualify any entrant who they believe has in any way tampered with or corrupted the entry process.
17. There will be 5 prizes to be won for the duration of the promotion, selected at random from all of the entries during the promotional period on Monday 11th January, and in the presence of an independent person.
18. The promotion will take place from 1st September 2009 to 31st December 2009.
19. Winners will be notified of their win with a letter no later than the 31st of January 2010. Winners will have a year to take their prize and a personal fulfillment officer will be allocated to help them book their trip.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to re–allocate prizes in a re–draw in the case that original winners are unable to take their prizes for any reason.
21. There are 5 prizes each consisting of trips for 2 people to Austria including ½ day of Zorbing.
22. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser.
23. Flights to Munich must include a Saturday night stay in your destination.
24. Prize includes 3 Nights accommodation at the Austrotel Hotel, Salzburg. Hotel is officially classed as 4–star. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Any additional hotel expenditure incurred is at the winners’ expense and must be settled when checking out of the hotel.
25. Prize also includes dinner for two people on one night, return transfers from the hotel to the Zorbing Centre, Hydro Zorbing and Downhill Zorbing for two people in the Austrian Alps, full instructions & safety equipment throughout.
26. Minimum age for Zorbing is 12 years. Minimum height is 5'. Maximum combined weight for Zorbing is 28 stone (180kg). If you suffer from high blood pressure, a heart condition, epilepsy or are pregnant you cannot take part.
27. No one person may win more than one prize.
28. For the trips, winners must have a valid machine readable passport. The passport should have at least 6 months validity at the time of travel.
29. Standard travel insurance will be provided subject to normal terms of acceptance but extra cover will be necessary if the winners have pre–existing medical conditions. Zorbing is included in this travel insurance. This extra cover will be payable by the winners themselves.
30. A rental car will be provided to travel from Munich to Salzburg. In this case at least one member travelling must have a full, clean driving license. If winners are unable to drive transfers will be arranged using public transport the cost of which will be covered.
31. Prizes are based on 2 people sharing one room.
32. There is no cash alternative for the prizes as stated, which are non–refundable, non transferable and are non–upgradeable. If the winner wishes at their own expense they may upgrade flights and accommodation where feasible.
33. Requests for travel must be submitted no later than 45 days prior to departure.
34. Prizes must be redeemed at a mutually acceptable date and cannot be redeemed at high season dates such as Easter, Christmas and New Years Eve but must be redeemed within 1 year to the day of the win.
35. Once the tickets are issued no changes or amendments to passenger names, dates or routing can be permitted.
36. Flights are subject to availability on chosen dates.
37. Departure airport is subject to availability of direct flight to Munich from Dublin and Cork airports on certain days.
38. The prize commences with the flights and ends on return to Dublin or Cork airport. Travel to and from the departure airport is the responsibility of the winners and their companions.
39. The promoter is not liable for any loss that may arise from any winners taking their prize.
